Muslim Youth Helpline
What we do: a free and confidential helpline offering faith and culturally sensitive emotional support to young Muslims, by phone, live chat, WhatsApp and email. It is delivered by trained volunteers, most of them under 30.
Who we serve: open to all ages and backgrounds. No one is turned away.
Opening hours: every day, 4pm to 10pm, 365 days a year, including bank holidays and Eid.
