Join us for a friendly and inclusive cycle – Bike and Helmets are provided free of charge.

Every Monday  (1:00 – 2:00 );
To access this group, you can self refer by completing the online referral form or speak to your coach for further information.

Cycling can really boost your mood and can help with managing and improving your mental wellbeing.

Alongside this, getting outside and meeting others also has positive benefits and with it being a low impact exercise, it’s easier on your joints compared to high impact aerobic activities like running.

Regular cycling and exercise can help you manage your weight and  reduce the risk of serious illness such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and strokes as well as counting towards your recommended amount of physical activity of 150 minutes per week.
