What is HD3 Fitness and what is our offer?
HD3 Fitness Centre is a friendly, community-focused gym and fitness studio located in Salendine Nook, Huddersfield. It serves primarily the communities of Salendine Nook, Lindley, Mount, Outlane and surrounding areas.
HD3 Fitness Centre gives a warm welcome to all abilities and all age-groups. Our highly qualified instructors and trainers are very experienced in catering for people who have never been to a gym before, (who may need encouragement and motivation), as well as regular fitness enthusiasts. Whatever your situation, we hope to have something to encourage and engage you. We also offer disabled access for those looking to take advantage of our fitness equipment but please ring reception for access details.
As part of our work with The Wellness Service, we can offer an initial 10 session pass for only £35 for Wellness Referrals. This will give you access to the gym and classes up to 4pm every day.
