We can help you take your next steps with confidence.

Our new programme provides tailored support to help you in the following ways:

  • Address your health issues
  • Build your confidence
  • Develop your life skills
  • Develop your work skills by identifying education and training opportunities
  • Help with searching and applying for the right jobs, working with your health challenges

One-to-one and/or group sessions, covering all the above topics and more, are available to help you achieve your goals, when the time is right for you.

If you want to access this support, complete a referral, stating ‘Project Empowerment’  in the additional notes section.

Feedback

Jess, a former Project Empowerment participant who has secured an apprenticeship role with the support of the programme
“With Claire’s help and friendliness, I was able to complete applications. She would make the time for me to ensure that they were perfect before they were sent. She has really supported me and helped me in finding a job that I wanted. I could thank her a thousand times and it would never be enough, her help and the Employment service at Kirklees has been phenomenal!”.
