  • Access to Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Products: Once you’ve set a quit date, you’ll have access to Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products, including patches and vapes, to help manage nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
  • Support with Behaviour Change: Quitting smoking isn’t just about breaking a physical addiction – it’s also about changing your habits and routines. Our coaches provide support and guidance to help you identify and overcome any challenges in your routine that could affect your attempt to stop smoking.

  • Carbon Monoxide (CO) Breath Tests: Curious about the impact smoking has on your body? Our drop-ins offer Carbon Monoxide breath tests to give you a clear picture of your current carbon monoxide levels and how they can improve once you quit smoking.
  • Supportive Environment: Our drop-ins provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and potentially connect with others who are on the same journey as you. You’re not alone in this – we’re here to help you succeed.
